"C--can you believe it guys?" "Someone actually likes us like that!" "Like how the Boss used to crush on and write poetry about Miss Asuka?" "Oh god, I haven't been in the dating game for so long, do girls still like bikinis, I'm pretty sure we got plenty of those to offer as a courting gift..." "Is that how it's done? That would explain why the Boss hasn't gotten a date yet, he never tried that tactic before..." "See, this is why we're here to advise him on these things with our infinite wisdom, but for now..."
They turn their attention back to Evangeline and it seems Ojama Yellow has taken it upon themselves to be the designated leader for leading the conversation here.]
[That seems to get Manjoume alert again as he immediately responds.]

[The Ojamas, however, frown for a moment.]
"I'm not sure how to make this work, though. Our spirits are linked pretty closely to the Boss's soul, so we can't really go that far away from him." "Maybe... it'll be fine if we're at least in the same building? The Boss can have his coffee and we can go hang out with Evangeline at a different table?" "We could always try borrowing his body, but I haven't tried that in years so I don't know if that would work again... especially not by myself, it'd probably require all three of us to be able to move more than just the arms..."
Oh, hell no, you three are not possessing me. I'm vetoing that suggestion right now.

[He says, rolling his eyes. Suddenly, one of the Ojamas makes a gesture of fist meeting palm of their other hand, as if struck by inspiration.]
"Wait, I got it. We could also try to fuse and become Ojama King too if it seems like being in the same building isn't enough either." "Oh my god, that's the smartest thing you've ever said, brother." "Doesn't that require a lot of energy and concentration though?" "No no, it's fine, when you've got the three of us working together, we can do anything!"
For the love of--why is this what gets you three to act so confident, how about showing some of that for, you know, our job? The thing that helps pays for these snacks you asked for?
"Listen Boss, you'll understand when you find love yourself some day."
[At that, Manjoume throws his hands up into the air in exasperation and begins stomping away out of the aisle so that he can finally attempt to finish grocery shopping...]

Thankfully, he hasn't left yet, he can be heard in the next aisle over grumbling as he tries to pretend nothing is happening while picking out some soup. They do at least have the foresight to watch her write the number down as well... but no telling if they won't forget it later, they are Ojamas after all, and all of their brain cells instead go to the question at hand.]

[The three brothers huddle up close together, cheek to cheek as they begin suddenly rapidly spinning in the air until... boom! The very large duel spirit known as Ojama King has taken their place and is indeed what the kids call "thicc" these days as they are wide enough to take up more than the entire aisle they're currently in.
For a second Manjoume can be heard going "For fucks sake, at least float above the aisle so people won't have to walk through your crotch..." in the other aisle, which they allow the slightest amount of floating for that before they respond to Eva, sounding like three voices speaking at once.]
[Ojama King even winks and gives a thumbs up in response to that.]
"Should've said it sooner, but you're also pretty good-looking yourself. And you don't even need to fuse like we do to make that happen, you're already three times as good looking as it is."
[Thankfully, Manjoume has made the wise decision to go somewhere else in the store where he can't hear any more flirting for the sake of his sanity. I, meanwhile, am forced to continue bearing witness to Ojamas attempting to flirt.]
"So, what's your idea of a good time? Gotta make sure it's a nice date you'll love after all if we're gonna set one up, after all."
"Yes! That sounds like a great idea! And the Boss should have nothing to complain about since he could then see whatever movie he likes while we're with you at the theater!"
[For once, this is actually a good idea for them to have stumbled upon because Manjoume definitely doesn't go to the movies very often, on account of the Ojamas unintentionally distracting him. Telling him that he'll be able to finally watch a movie without them hovering over his shoulder might be enough to get him to agree to this...]
That sounds perfect to me! [And she won't get her hopes up about bringing them back to her place, that's just a little too cruel to Manjoume.] Should we let him know about our plans?
[Cue the rather appropriate timing of Manjoume's return as he appears at the end of the aisle and, upon seeing that there's no one else around that might stare and wonder who the fuck he's talking to, looks up at the still looming specter of Ojama King with a grimace.]

[That seems to be enough of a threat that Ojama King disperses with a puff, and the Ojamas are now three small spirits once more as they come to hover back at eye level with the humans. They start to whine about "the Boss being soooo mean right now", but Manjoume ignores them as their attention turns instead to Evangeline. For a moment, he seems to be struggling with something to say, before he finally sighs.]
Look... I don't particularly care if you're able to see them and even like their annoying behavior. But they are my [A pause, as he tries to decide what word to use that isn't too obvious that he does in fact care about them, but also not something too cruel in exchange as a substitute] followers, so you better not be planning to do anything that involves stealing them away or whatever. Got it?
I'm not going to kidnap them. [A little offended at the suggestion.] Or try to keep them away from you. That's a dick move even if Duel spirits aren't involved.
[Like, do you get mad every time your friends followers get dates?]
I'm just telling you how it is. You're not the first person to have been able to see them that we've met, after all, though you are certainly the first to act like you actually like them and that this is not just some ploy to try to stalk me or something otherwise sketchy.
[At that, Ojama Yellow tries to cut in.]

[Manjoume grimaces at the mention of this apparent past event, quickly waving a hand to try to push aside talking about the guy--]
